The internet access at Grand Istanbul Hotel was excellent, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located close to the Canada VFS office, making it convenient for our needs. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing great support throughout our stay. The main sitting area on the ground floor was a quiet and affordable space to relax. The rooms and toilets were clean, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The location of this hotel is excellent! You can easily reach every corner of the city within minutes. Beds are amazingly comfortable, and the rooms are decently clean. The staff is very hospitable; they greet you with a smile and always try to help out in any way they can. Plus! the lobby offers free tea and coffee all day long.

There are some aspects that could be improved. Room cleaning is not automatic;
